New Product Line (WTW) It’s 2010 and our WTW line of woven cord strapping is now available to all distributors. What is WTW you ask? This is a new woven cord strapping which has been developed to combat the competitor’s softer texture and looming process. The difference in the finished product versus our current type CW and woven heavy duty Magna Cord is a much softer, smoother surface with less tack on the roll. Our WTW line has great joint and system strength test when used with our phosphate coated line of buckles. Our WTW line exceeds the competitor’s test results when used with our line of buckles. Specification sheets are enclosed with samples available upon request at no charge. Also, stay tuned for our early February release of a new Composite Cord line from 5/8” to 1 ¼” teamed with our newly designed buckles to bring up the joint and system test of Composite Cord strapping using galvanized buckles. Our current testing indicates a 25 percent plus gain in system tests above the current galvanized buckles available.
